it's all just a feeble plan

it's been so long
since i saw you smile at me
but now my heart is filled with hollow things
that make you cry
no wonder i feel so far away
and i forget just how it felt
when i first fell in love with you
no matter what i could ever say or could ever do
this love for you

for now i long to touch you
to lay down at your feet and
to set my burdens down and
to know that i am loved by you

i still remember how it felt
when i first fell in love with you
you took my shame
and you took my life
and i was resting in your arms
and now you long to bring me back
to the place where i was yours
but now's the time that i want you back
so please accept my feeble plan

for now i long to touch you
to lay down at your feet and
to set my burdens down and
to know that i am loved by you

but now i long to touch you
to lay down at your feet and
to set my burdens down and
to know that i am loved by you

for now i long to touch you
to lay down at your feet and
to set my burdens down and
to know that i am loved by you

i was sitting on the bus, and got to do some thinking. it's not often when i'm alone on the bus, but i guess today was a special day. i figured that i had to be true to myself, to my feelings. maybe i need to figure out my life. i don't know. i think that being home alone all week is bad for me. because i don't do anything, and end up doing things like this. but i'm not going to say that's bad, because it isn't. i just came to the realization that i can't fake myself out of something. i can try and try to change what i'm feeling and how i'm feeling, but in the end it's all just a feeble plan.

as of right now my head is spinning. i'm finding it hard to concentrate on anything. i just wish that loneliness wasn't so empty.

goodnight

sincerely,

down and out

"synthetic sensation"

i feel like such a cop-out sometimes.

by the way, i wasn't saying that my comment was a cop out. admitting that i'm a cop out /was/ my comment.

think it through.
